History of The Deaf Agency

In the mid-1990’s, a Communication Support Worker (CSW) and parent of a Deaf child realised that more CSWs / Interpreters were needed to help with communication support for the local Deaf community and so the Deaf Agency was started.

Since then, the client list has grown and the Deaf Agency has developed but one thing remains the same – two Language Service Professionals for the Deaf manage the Deaf Agency, meaning that the company is still run by experienced people that actually work in the field themselves, so can understand many of the situations/problems that are faced on a daily basis.
