Providing high quality communication
support for deaf people
History of The Deaf Agency
The Deaf Agency was started.
Since then, the client list has grown and the Deaf Agency has developed.
One thing remains the same – the company is still run by experienced people that actually work and take part in the Deaf community themselves, so can understand many of the situations/problems that are faced on a daily basis.
Why Use Us?
Our goal is to encourage empowerment and equality for Deaf people in all parts of life, whether it is in education, at work or socially
Easy communication, making everyone’s lives easier and quicker
Professionalism and efficiency – we are all qualified and experienced in dealing with all sorts of situations
You can feel safe and confident in our hands, knowing we will deal with things professionally and appropriately
Dedication- we always go that little bit further! All of our staff will try to go above and beyond what is expected of them when needed
You will never feel you are just getting a standard service and will always be offered further guidance and advice on any support issues if you need it
Confidentiality (see our GDPR Deaf Agency student client policy)
You can trust that any information passed through our staff will not go any further
Reliability – we will do our best not to let you down and are rarely unable to cover a booking once it has been confirmed. If for any reason our assigned staff cannot make it, then we will always try to find someone to cover
You can be worry-free and trust we will be there when you need us
Flexibility – we are as flexible as possible with last minute changes or last minute bookings, with no extra ‘last-minute charges’. We also have a very short cancellation period- only 48 hours*- because we know and understand that things can change and are not always under your control! (*unless stated and agreed otherwise)
No extra costs and wasting budgets
